Bruni created Miramor Salon after more than two decades behind the chair, with a clear vision for a salon that feels personal, welcoming and genuinely centred around every client.

Her Italian hairdressing background continues to shape the way she works, combining skilled technique with honest advice and close attention to detail. Bruni takes time to understand each client's hair, daily routine and personal style before recommending a cut, colour or treatment that will look beautiful and feel easy to live with.

From a subtle refresh to a complete transformation or a relaxing head spa, every visit is designed to feel unhurried and considered. Bruni wants every client to leave Miramor feeling listened to, well cared for and confident in their hair.

01I’m not sure which treatment to book. What should I choose?

Please call, message on Facebook or Instagram, or book a complimentary consultation. Bruni will help you choose the treatment, timing and result that best suit your hair.

02When can I book an appointment?

Miramor Salon is open Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30am to 5:30pm. Online appointments can begin between 9:30am and 4:00pm, and the booking diary only shows times that can fit your full treatment.

03How does the 20% security deposit work?

For paid treatments, you can secure the appointment with a 20% deposit or pay the full amount online. If you choose the deposit, the remaining balance is paid at the salon. Complimentary consultations do not require a deposit.

04Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Yes. Please contact the salon as early as possible. With at least 48 hours’ notice, a deposit can normally be transferred once to a new appointment. Please read the cancellation policy for full details.

05Will I need a consultation or allergy alert test?

Some colour, chemical and extension services require a consultation or allergy alert test before treatment. The salon will confirm what is needed and when it must be completed before your appointment.

06Does the extensions price include the hair?

No. Extension prices shown are for fitting only. A consultation is recommended so the correct method, colour match, amount of hair and final price can be agreed first.

07How will I know my booking is confirmed?

Your appointment is confirmed only after any required payment succeeds. You will then see a full confirmation with the date, time and booking reference, which can be added to your calendar or saved as an image. Stripe sends a payment receipt to the email used at checkout.
